- Reusable water. Single-use plastic bottles are gone. In their place: a water jug, beautiful glassware, and the option to purchase a reusable Vessel water bottle, refillable at our Food & Beverage outlet with Melbourne's celebrated tap water.
- Thoughtful toiletries. Bulky miniatures have been replaced with elegant, large pump dispensers mounted in the shower. Less plastic, same indulgence.
- On-demand amenities. Dry amenity cards mean additional items are provided only when you want them. Nothing wasted, nothing unnecessary.
- Smarter coffee cups. Our bar has transitioned to sustainable paper cups, a small step, made consistently.
How We Handle Waste
We operate a comprehensive recycling program across paper, cardboard, glass, and food waste, managed in partnership with Veolia, a recognised global leader in environmental solutions.
Together, we continuously identify and improve recycling processes across our housekeeping and food and beverage teams, with a clear focus on diverting waste from landfill and supporting a circular economy. A dedicated bottle disposal bin reinforces this culture for guests and team members alike, making the right choice the easy choice.
